As a passionate believer in sovereign manufacturing capability, UASA suggests now has never been a more relevant time to grow our local niche manufacturing industry and now offer’s consulting services to further this goal.
With relevant industry experience, passion for aerospace and substantial skill in a range of relevant business disciplines, UASA seeks to assist new or existing businesses take their business situation to the next level of success.
We begin our process with a short initial consultation to find out your goals and current situation. If we are a good fit for your requirements, we will move on to a formal assessment utilising a standard survey and any unique aspects of your business specific questions. Once we have analysed your requirements, we will provide an initial report to you of broad recommendations, from there we can create the detailed scope of works.
In our view, it is essential we establish your current situation and where you would like to be. We will draw not only on our own experience, also on that of our preferred advisory partners with experience across a range of disciplines.
