Director: David C Alam had an extensive career in professional finance and commercial business management at executive level across a range of service and manufacturing industries. More recently turning his focus, with a passion for aviation and aerospace, to the world of UAV design, operations and aerial survey. David commenced in the UAV industry in 2016 gaining initial experience in a commercial drone service business, since then, honing progressively more sophisticated systems and UAV platform development skills, formed a specialist UAV enterprise, UASA in 2018. A joint venture with Shift Geophysics in 2019, has added a new entity, AirGeoX which works alongside UASA with a particular focus on Aeromagnetics. In 2020 a new strategic focus on specialised Advanced Manufacturing UAV and Aerospace components created in-house, was added with David well suited to project manage new and exciting future developments for UASA.

•    CPA Finance and Accounting

•    CASA Chief Pilot Certified

•    CASA Remote Pilots License

•    CASA Aeronautical Radio Operator Certificate

•    CASA accredited Chief Remote Pilot RPAS systems operator
•    UAV Fixed Wings
•    UAV Multirotor
•    Pixhawk autopilot UAV installation, Jupiter auto pilot and other advanced UAS avionics

•    UAV construction and system configuration
•    UAS operations aerial photography data collection and management
•    AirGeoX UAV exploration magnetic & hyper-spectral surveying
